Last night I dreamed of crocheting ripples. I know, scary. This nocturnal journey left me, as you can imagine sympathetic reader, with the need to crochet another Chevron swatch over coffee.

Isn't it weird the way crafters dream of crafting? While normal people are dreaming of getting their hoo-ha on, or winning the lottery, or flying we're dreaming of stitch patterns and yarns.
Last night I dreamt of my favourite provisional cast on, and garter stitch short row toes and heels. I just take it all in stride now.
I love your swatch. I'm usually not a big fan of the look of crochet but I really like the way the ripples mesh with the overall "tiny flower" look of the crochet stitches.

All these ripples! They are so tempting me to try crochet again!

Very pretty! You're being sucked in by the hook; your needles will get jealous.

Hi there Nona ~ I tried to post this yesterday ~ hope it works today ~ I'm not adept at crocheting and to tell you the truth I've never really been inspired by the 'doilies' ~ lol. But I do like your chevrons, especially the one you did yesterday, your blend of colours. Is smiling a special technique in crotcheting? ;)
