Closing Ceremony
With a moist eye and a proud heart I stand before you as a gold medalist in the 2006 Winter Knitting Olympics. But it is not the medal I'll most remember from these last 17 days of competition -- no, my fellow knitlettes, it is the thought of the 1000s of knitters coming together in a spirit of goodwill and friendship as we strove to knit "swifter, higher, stronger"! Many thanks to our Olympic host, The Yarn Harlot!

Congratulations! What a beautiful finished piece. Definitely the equivalent to a flawless triple lutz triple axle combination. :)

I love how yours turned out - it is really classy. I am afraid mine ended up in the frog pond. I really love your sleeves with that ribbing. I copied that, but it didn't help the biasing of the shrug part. Onward. thanks for the inspiration (as always)!

Congratulations. I love those colors. The world is now graced with a few more Tubeys, thanks in part to intrepid knitter/athletes like us!
