I cannot believe these words are actually coming out of my mouth, but, "I felt more like reading tonight than I did like knitting".  So I picked a swatch that I could knit while I read.  What am I reading Gina asks?  Pattern Recognition by William Gibson.

Yarn: Rowan's HandKnit Cotton
Needles: US 6
Stitch: Mindless Garter Stitch

I find it amusing you read a book with pattern in its name even when it is not a knitting book :)

I grew up an avid reader (parents are English teachers), so I start going through reader withdrawal if I cut too far back on the mystery novels and travel memoirs.

I often struggle with the question of reading or knitting because I love both so much. When I absolutely can't choose, my solution is an audiobook.
