Larger square in square motif with complex monochromatic center. I love the paintings of Richard Diebenkorn and am especially drawn to his use of color. In his paintings, a patch of green is really many greens with a few other colors thrown in for good measure. I never tire of that patch of green.

Another awesome square! I meant to try out your tutorial this weekend, but ended up working on cleaning my room instead. :P

Very cool. Looks like a big (square) sun rising over a lake.

Hiya Nona, I'm still here and I'm glad to see that your hubby's prediction didn't come true, lol. Still rooting for you girlie.
I'm loving this swatch ~ Turner-esque maybe? ;)

After reading Brenda's comment, I'm seeing a sun too. Only for me, it's a big square sunset here on the left coast.
I'm really admiring your swatching stamina. If I had done 3 swatches on Friday, I would totally have cheated and took the weekend off! :)

I'm seeing a horse with its head turned to the left, and now I can't see it any other way.

I've made my own crazy square. I need more colours, and I think I need a *plan*, too! This is beautiful.
